Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

How to return a product?

Contact us by email at contact@autozenith.com, indicating your order number and the product(s) concerned.
We will send you return instructions within 48 business hours.
Return the product in its original packaging, in good condition, unused.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective, non-compliant, or incorrect product).

Refund

After receipt and verification of the return, we will proceed with a full refund (product + outbound shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as used during the purchase.

Defective or non-compliant product

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will cover the return costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund, at your convenience. The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years.

Exceptions

Certain products cannot be returned if their packaging has been unsealed after delivery (especially opened liquid maintenance products). This exception will be clearly mentioned on the product page concerned.
