General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 — Seller Identification

Article 2 — Purpose and Scope
These GTC govern all sales concluded on the AUTOZENITH store between the seller and any consumer (non-professional) or professional buyer.
Article 3 — Dropshipping Model
AUTOZENITH operates using a dropshipping model: products are shipped directly by third-party suppliers based in the European Union. AUTOZENITH remains the legal seller and the customer's sole point of contact for any questions relating to the order, delivery, or returns.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable — art. 293 B of the CGI, VAT exemption threshold). AUTOZENITH reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation. Delivery fees are indicated separately in the order summary.
Article 5 — Order
The order is validated upon payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically. Any order placed implies acceptance of these GTC.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online via the secure methods offered (credit card, PayPal). Transactions are encrypted via the SSL protocol. AUTOZENITH does not store any bank data.
Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery times indicated on each product page are estimates. In case of a delay exceeding 7 working days without notification to the customer, the customer may cancel their order and obtain a full refund. In accordance with article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code, delivery occurs within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal (consumers)
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method as that used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless AUTOZENITH is at fault.
Article 9 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request the replacement or refund of the product.
Article 10 — Liability
AUTOZENITH cannot be held responsible for delays related to force majeure events (strike, natural disaster, carrier malfunction). In case of a problem with a product, the customer contacts AUTOZENITH, who is their sole point of contact.
Article 11 — Mediation and Disputes
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer can resort to a mediator free of charge. Mediator's contact details: [to be completed — e.g. FEVAD: mediateur@fevad.com]. Article 12 — Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
