How does delivery work?
AUTOZENITH operates on a dropshipping model: your orders are transmitted directly to our partner suppliers based in the European Union (France, Spain, Netherlands), who prepare and ship your package. No storage intermediaries, guaranteeing a short supply chain and products that comply with European standards.
Estimated delivery times

These times are estimates. They run from the order confirmation. Some products may have specific lead times indicated on their product page.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the order summary stage, before payment. They vary depending on the product and destination.
Order tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched. You can track your order directly via the link provided in this email.
Unreceived order
If your order has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at contact@autozenith.com, specifying your order number. We will open an investigation and keep you informed within 48 business hours.

AUTOZENITH currently delivers to the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, and other European Union countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Products shipped separately
If your order contains products from different suppliers, they may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. You will be informed by email for each shipment.
