- Identification Data: name, first name, email address, delivery address, telephone number
- Payment Data: processed directly by Shopify Payments or PayPal — AUTOZENITH does not store any banking data
- Browsing Data: IP address, cookies, pages visited (via Shopify Analytics)
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is used to:
- Process and ship your orders
- Transmit necessary information to our EU suppliers for shipping
- Send you order confirmations and updates
- Contact you in case of a problem with your order
- Comply with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting)
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Your data may be transmitted to:
- Partner Suppliers: only data necessary for shipping (name, delivery address), located in the European Union
- Shopify Inc.: store host and payment processor
- Carriers: for tracking your parcels
No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
5. Retention Period
Your order data is kept for 5 years (accounting and tax obligation). Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
